"Edward..." I muttered, furious. It wasn't like Edward to fight. "Uh, who are you?" I doubted I had ever met this kid before.

I looked down to see if any wealth showed, none. I smiled back, I paused for a while thinking deeply.

I looked away awkwardly, and kept my eyes on a few people. Once they had looked at me I turned away and stared at another group.

I pushed my hair out of my vivid green eyes, I glanced down the the uniform Cole was wearing, "You're in track?"

Sure, I had been to college...7...8, times? But for this time, I was thinking an athletic career would be in my favor.

I walk in and look at the cafeteria full of humans. They all smell so delicious....but no. I couldn't break the volturis rules. I had to blend in, but stay away from the humans at the same time. Maybe if I sat at a table with less humans....I found one and sat down, not bothering to ask the person if I could. I had never been to a moderm high school and in the old times in Italy kids just sat at random tables. So that's what I did.
